Shortness of breath and Chest Discomfort
Hi Doctors, I have been feeling a little chest pain which is not regular but comes and goes. I remember it's from February end. My ECG done in February was clear and I had a regular Chest X ray done back in December which was clear too. I have noticed it becoming more prominent during this COVID-19 situation when I am stressed or keep thinking over. When I am indulged in some activities and not worried about it, I don't feel it but. Also, sometimes after a High Intensity workout or Pranayam, I feel a little shortness of breath then it goes off if I don't give it too much attention. I don't feel any problem while running etc. Also, sometimes I feel a little pain in my left arm, when I am over stressed. Can someone help me understanding what exactly is it so that I can get to a correct conclusion and take a correct action on time. Thanks.
