I usually have periods that last 5-6 days but this month i had unprotected sex with my bf and took levonorgestrel pill the day after. My period started on time but lasted only 3 days. Can levonorgestrel shorten period days ?

This might be a withdrawal bleeding effect due to the pills u took and that may have been the reason of less no of days of ur periods however in order to clear doubts on pregnancy u may do a urine pregnancy test.
