I'm 17 yr old girl ..soon turning 18 ....with 5 ft height and 44 kg weight .... I want to increase my height by 2-3 inches at least ..I practice stretches 2 times a day ..recently I feel some pain in calf muscles of leg is that normal??? What should I do to increase height???
