Short cervix

Asked for Female, 30 Years

My cervix length was 3.1 at 23 weeks. but now at 25weeks ,i am again feeling pressure and pain in pelvic area.i am taking progesterone sustain tablets and on bedrest. Do i need to go for transvaginal ultrasound again for measuring cervix length? Is it safe to go for such ultrasound again and again?

tvs is safe ...you can get your self examined by a gynaec so that she can tell if she feels the cervix is short and whether tvs is needed.
