For the last 3 yrs she has been having pain under the nose. She gets lot of relief when she uses chlorhexidine mouthwash. Our dentist rules out dental problem. The condition is correlated with dry mouth. The pain gets triggered with exposure to chill air. Neurologist says it could be a mild version of trigeminal neuralgia. However she is pain-free sometimes for months together.Pain especially high in mornings.Any help is appreciated
