Shocks in fingers and back ball
I have had upper back/shoulder/neck pain for about a year. Last year I was the stunt person for a company, I had to constantly land on my arm for about 6-8 hours straight for a couple of days & the pain started after that. I feel like a deep tense feeling. I have gone to get massages and I have gone to a chiro (no x-rays) & they said I was very tight but not much else. Recently I've started to feel sharp shocks in my fingertips and like a ball that rolls in my right upper back under my shoulder

The problem most likely is in your cervical  spine with issues like disc prolapse. Get MRI cervical spine done and consult a doctor as soon as possible.
