I have noticing shivering of my hands and legs for the last 7 years....im 19 years old now.. No accidents or incident happened to me in this regard. Kindly please help

Hello there. . I can understand your concern. A complete neurological examination is required and some tests will also be required to know what the cause can be. Smoking also causes such things.
