Hello, Thank you for reaching out with your concerns. It’s understandable to be worried about lingering symptoms after recovering from illnesses like dengue and bronchitis. Experiencing tingling in the lung, shivering in the leg, and a feeling of falling during long walks can be unsettling. Post-Dengue and Bronchitis Recovery: 1. Lingering Symptoms: Post-viral fatigue and other symptoms like tingling and weakness can persist for some time after recovery from severe viral infections such as dengue and bronchitis. 2. Consult a Specialist: Given your symptoms, it's crucial to consult a healthcare professional for a comprehensive evaluation. They may recommend blood tests, imaging, or other diagnostic measures to rule out any complications or lingering effects of the viral infections. 3. Gradual Rehabilitation: A structured rehabilitation program, including physiotherapy, can help improve your endurance and strength. A physiotherapist can provide specific exercises to address muscle weakness and improve overall mobility. 4. Monitor and Manage Symptoms: Keep track of your symptoms, and note any patterns or triggers. Share this information with your healthcare provider to assist in diagnosis and treatment planning. 5. Nutritional Support: Ensure a balanced diet rich in vitamins and minerals to support your recovery. Nutritional deficiencies can sometimes contribute to symptoms like fatigue and tingling. It’s important to address these symptoms with a healthcare professional to ensure a full recovery and improve your quality of life. Best regards, Dr. Sathya Lakshmi Vaidya
