Shingles severe pain

Asked for Male, 22 Years

My brother has shingles on right side of head.Which is spreading to eye as well.He is in varanasi.I am calling him here on Monday.He is unable to sleep and has severe pain.It is because he had chicken pox.Please tell me best doctor so i can do the best vaccine for him.
