Shelcal HD 500 and Shelcal XT
I am 5 months pregnant and now taking Shelcal HD 500. Now I am asked to take Shelcal XT. Are both same composition. Is Shelcal XT is better than Shelcal HD in pregnancy. Kindly advise.

Both are same in terms of calcium dose. Shelcal XT also has Vitamins B12, B6. So you can take
