Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
When you say low blood pressure, what is the blood pressure recording?
Heart beats 120 per minute is tachycardia but its insignificant without a proper histiry as there are so many cause of tachycardia.
Kindly consult a MD consultant physician in person for further evaluation and management.
