I was told to see a specialist for possible Pulmonary Hypertension after getting an abnormal ECG. The cardiologist found no cause for concern with my ECG and ECHO. What can be causing it? I recently quit smoking after 7 yrs (5-7 cigs/week). I've never had any major medical issues, but this pain is causing me to worry.
ECHO:
Left ventricular systolic function is normal
Ejection Fraction is 52%
Mild mitral and tricuspid regurgitation
Moderate aortic regurgitation
Aortic valve is mildly thickened
