Shaky Hands
I am a thirteen year old male. All my life I’ve noticed that my hands shake/tremble a lot. It usually happens when I’m sitting down or laying down with my hand elevated. It doesn’t always effect me, right now I’m sitting and if I hold my hand out it slightly jitters but not much at all, but sometimes it gets pretty bad. I don’t have any trouble with writing or working with tools because of it, but it just bothers me. I’m not ADHD or ADD, and I’m not hyper at all.
