Hello Doctor!
I'm not sure what may be the reason but I have lots of shaking (6 months now) which is increasing now day by day. Other than that I have too much sweat viz. since last 2-3 years (and my father had that too). I have Hairfall too.
Possible causes :
-I sleep at around 2-3 am (6+ hrs)
-Too much mastrubation
-But most probably lack of healthy diet (maybe calcium or some vitamins)
I didn't try any hospital or tests yet and no medication also.
Please suggest what to do?
Regards
