I can suggest some exercises that may help to improve your overall health and well-being.
Regular exercise can help to improve muscle strength and endurance, which may help to reduce the amount of fatigue you experience. It can also help to improve your mood and reduce stress levels, which may also help to reduce tremors.
Some exercises that may be beneficial for you include:
* Walking
* Swimming
* Yoga
* Tai Chi
It's important to start slowly and gradually increase the intensity of your workouts as you get stronger. If you experience any pain or discomfort, stop the exercise and consult with your doctor.
In addition to exercise, there are a few other things you can do to help reduce your tremors:
* Get enough sleep
* Avoid caffeine and alcohol
* Manage stress levels
* Take medication as prescribed by your doctor
If you're concerned about your tremors, be sure to talk to your doctor. They can help you to determine the cause of your tremors and recommend the best course of treatment
