  4. SGPT-71 & GGT-57. The above levels?

SGPT-71 & GGT-57
My SGPT-71 & GGT-57 Uric acid-7.6 All others are normal(SGOT-35) I have gained 10kgs in last 9 months And had developed 2 small kidney stones which are not there anymore What should I do to decrease the above levels?
