Even though I have never had sex I indulge in masturbation, fingering and use objects for myself. Recently I developed a bump close to my vagina. Do I have STI? How harmful is it? I also feel very dizzy when I stand up. I do not want to let my parents know that I masturbate but I also wanted to consult a doctor. It would be great if you could help.

Regarding swelling might be folliculitis / infection needs to be examined by doctor.
