I am constantly feeling a unusual and distracting sensation in my lower abdomen and lower spine. It increases when I masturbates thee times or more a day. It feels like semen or urine still in the duct always trying to move. The sensation spreads throughout the body. It also cause irritation in penis and tendency of something inside the tract.I feel irritation in between anus and testis and also in bladder.
