I want to know that what is the reason of shrinking of penis... It was 9 inch before but now the foreskin is covering the top of the penis... It is so that the urethral opening is also getting covered slowly...the size of the penis is drastically decreased...some times earlier there was a swelling around penis top...what is the reason behind this... I really need ur help to get it diagnosed and provide desired medications... This is how it is getting covered... I have attached a pic with this request to u... Please help me...
