Sexual problem
Hello i had a sex on 28 feb before that had in december. Before 28 feb my sexual power is too strong and i did masturbate two times in a week. After 28 feb i am feeling not that type of power in my sexual attraction, as my mind dont attract to see porn or something sexually attractive. Since 1 half week i have a nightfall after a break of 1 or 2 days. Well come to my diet i eat healthy food in the morning like 5 banana, 500gm milk, 5 egg white, oats in the morning to noon time. In the noon simple veg food, in the evening paneer 30-50gm peanuts 60gm around and from 2days i aet 50gm nutrinuguts, then in the night simple food and in a week chicken too. While doing exercise i regularly take bcaa 5gm woth water and alot of water i consumed in a day. So i am feeling negative from my sexuall desire and about night fall why it's happen. Although my digestive system is not too strong i think because i fart too much throughtout the day. I am feeling week compare too before.

Night fall usually occurs in unmarried males.Upto once a week , it's considered normal, but more frequent night fall should be treated. The loss of libido(lack of interest in sex) also should be treated. Treatment is available in Ayurveda
