Each person uses multiple stimulations to get hardon for sex or in masturbation. Eyes(watching porn or seeing nuidity of female in real sex), touch or pressure on genitals(pressing against bed/play with fingers of own or of a girl), Ears( by hearing sex talk on tele calls or talking sex on bed with sex partner), smell of female, kissing etc.will help in sexual arousal.
