Hello Sir, I am having problem with my penis as its foreskin has swollen up followed by redness and irritation & a yellow coloured substance is coming out of the penis. I am having a lot of difficulty in wearing pants or trousers because of this problem It has started 3 days before and now it is becoming worse day by day. Please tell me the cause and treatment of it.
