My period was late so I took a pregnancy test but it was negative. My period was still late after that and didn’t show up for 3/4 days after that. Then I started bleeding very very lightly and it lasted for 3/4 days and then went away. So I took another pregnancy test and it still said negative. I’m just worried as to what could be the problem. My periods are never ever late and always last 7 days.

You have got scanty period.There are so many reasons like pcod, hypothyroidism, anaemia an d hormones imbalance.So get done ultrasonography to know the status of ovaries and TSH level for hypothyroidism.With reports meet to gynaecologist.
