I have something wrong not sure what it could be but when I have sex with my husband and reach my climax I cannot have an orgasm it feels like something moving in my stomach and going down trying to come out.Almost like having contractions, and feels like something big trying to come out.It scares me cause I'm not sure if I need to release or if I dont.
