During my last period I had brown discharge on my first day and low blood flow.. And this time I had abdominal cramps 5 days prior to my period date and now I am having very low blood in pad while I am having blood when I urinate and it's vaginal blood not in urine + it's my second day today is that something serious?

There is nothing serious but better to do a hormonal profile like TSH,PROLACTIN,CBC and add beta HCG if any doubt of pregnancy.Do a sonography pelvis to rule out PCOD.Also regular exercise and keeping weight in check is important.
