Sexsomnia (sleep masturbation)
I masturbate in my sleep every single night. It does not seem to be triggered by any particular events and is a regular occurring. Nothing seems to work. What are the solutions to this? How can it be controlled? Edit: it happens whether I'm tired or not. No amount of exercise, abstinence or being preoccupied changes the situation.

Your case needs further evaluation as your habit seems to have penetrated into your subconscious mind and its remedy lies in proper counselling sessions. Masturbation is a natural process when a person is getting sexually active and most of the girls start enjoying it before  age of 14 and rest try it after age of 14. It is not harmful if it is done once or twice a month but excess of everything is bad. Watching porn movies and ending up in Masturbation is  harmful phenomenon as it weakens the Muscular Strength of our genital organs and induces Early Discharge at slight arousal. You can control this mindset by doing Pranayaam, Dhyan and Meditation when you feel an intense urge to masturbate. This is very helpful and it can entirely change your bad habit. Detailed medical history is required for evaluation before giving you a good prescription.
