Hi am 19 year old girl , i have irregular periods , excessive pain in periods , i don't have hair on my arm pits and under area (vagina). my Brest size are small (28) and don't grow nipples yet. please help me tell me i am normal or not?

If you are getting period means normal only.Consult to endocrinologist and get done all basic hormones level.Sometime breast development first then hair growth but very rare.
