After that I had intercourse with my wife and again I ejaculated samen within her vagina
Now my question is can i make her pregnant if I do masturbation before sex?
Or can masturbation before intercourse cause problem in pregnancy?

Masturbation has nothing to do with pregnancy. Masturbation doesn't cause any problem with pregnancy infact it doesn't causes any problem at all. There is no fixed store of sperms that will last, sperms are constantly produced in body throughout the life after puberty in males. So don't worry.
