I have had sex for 5 times. But everytime I ejaculate in 30 seconds. But when I do it after some time (2nd round), it takes around 15 to 20 min to ejaculate. Is there a problem?

In general every person take more time to ejaculate during second round intercourse, because first time excitement is very hyper. But ejaculation within 30 seconds is very early, it needs treatments. Please book appointment for my exclusive ayurvedic treatments
