Sex phobia
I have a problem for first time sex. i do foreplay with my husband but when when it comes for insert the penis. due to phobia i dont open my legs its more than 4 month of my marriage even i use lox jelly also but that phobia is in my mind i am not able to do sex due to phobia of pain. so please suggest any medicine or any kind of anaesthesia or any medicine which make me do sex without phobia i am really very helpless.

U don't need any medicine. Ur husband just needs to be strong enough to forcibly have sex with you. Once it's in, it won't be a problem.

Phobia is in the Mind. Do yoga and Pranayam daily. Also physio for legs and pelvis. Then go ahead and open up. There will be no pain, only pleasure !

Greetings The problem you are facing is very common for first time sex. Anxiety and fear of pain is very much in your head as you said it. as you said foreplay is good so continue with that and gradually ask him to go around your vaginal area with hand. Take his hand and teach him what kind of touch is liked by you over there and take it step wise ahead. Also when you are alone pen down all your fears of having sex and analyse it rationally Thank you
