Hello. a boy went under sex reassignment surgery. He was in contact with me. When he was a boy and now claiming that he did this for me. When i refused that its impossible as it was not my intention at all. He filed a complain against me that i injected him with hormones when he was boy. is this really possible that a single injection make boy-girl

I can understand your concern.
No it cannot.
What you can do is file a case against that boy/girl whoever that is.
Tell the cops that he/she is harrasing you in so and so way.
It's not a medical issue.
