Dear Sir, My name is Nikhil Gunjal.There is continous fluttering below my sex organ.someone doing something on testicle skin.The skin is fluttering for every minute.From last two years, I am suffering this problem.And,I am not able find who is doing this.I am frustated and not able to find solution for this.Even I have proof for this problem.So, Please provide solution for this.It is dangerous for me.Because of this I am not able concentrate on other things.
