The best is to use a barrier contraceptive like a condom. Other options are ...to use a vaginal spermicidal tablet .. Oral contraceptive pills Vaginal diaphragm Cervical caps Try to avoid unprotected intercourse.  If happens once in a while taking an emergency contraceptive pill is an option.
