If its first pregnancy, observe restraint during the first trimester. Cut down the intercourse frequency,  Avoid deep thrusting, vigorous movements and putting weight on her. All this, only if your wife agrees to. Avoid sex after 6th or 7th month. Contact me for advise on safe positions and precautions to be observed. If she ever had abortions earlier, or if spotting/bleeding has occured, then avoid sex during the entire term of pregnancy. Safe pregnancy!

First 3 months and last few weeks of pregnancy risky. And feasibility of intercourse during pregnancy depends on placenta location too.
