Sex during I pill effect.

Hi, I had a sex with my gf 2 days after her periods..and gave her I pill. But unfortunately after a week we again repeated a same mistake without condom..this time we want to avoid taking a medicine..but next morning she started few dips of blood..and her stomach also started paining.now we are really scared and confused what to assume? Is there any chance of pregnancy during few drops of bleeding..if yes then plz advice some natural remedy for the same.
