I have been masturbating since childhood till now that i am 24years old. It has rrally affected my sexual life. I have never lasted 5 minutes during sex. I was advised to use ejaculation delay spray.i tried Dragon ejaculation delay spray but it didn't work out for me. I only used it twice but i didn't last up to 10 mintues. The average time for sexual intercourse in 2-5 mins. Nothing is wrong with you. Neither does masturbating has caused any harm. Increase the amount of foreplay. You can try other methods to satisfy your partner. Kegel excercise too can help. Consult a sex therapist for more detailed help.
