Sex and hydrocil problem
Dear sir I have some serious sexual problem. My aryuvedic doctor suggested me that it may be due to hydeocyle issue. I found little more nurve in my hydeocyle. Is both having some links.... Plzz help me sir I can't do sex even for one sec. And this problem is from last 10 year. Plzz suggest me what to do

You cannot do sex for even 1 second is surely another level of exaggeration in itself.
