Severe toothache
Had permanent filling on 3rd dec. Later it started to pain went to private hospital she diagnosed a milk tooth (just a tip) surrounded by swallowed gums may be causing the pain again. She recommended antibiotics its my 3rd dose and i am feeling little throbbing pain only now. She adviced to extract the milk tooth but now i am confused whether first i finish my antibiotics course and then go for tooth extraction or i shall go today in evening ? Does permanent filling and tooth extraction recause

Hello You should go and get it extracted and you can carry on the antibiotic course after removal..
Next Steps
also get the x-ray done of the tooth with permanent filling because if the filling is deep you might need Root Canal Treatment..
