Severe stomach pains

Asked for Female, 20 Years

Sickness, diarrhoea yesterday afternoon. Woken up at 5am this morning with severe pain in right lower side of the stomach (I'm a female) , checked out by a doctor and told to carry on taking buscopan. The pain has not eased off. I cannot drive and it hurts to breathe in. To the extent that I am crying in pain. It also hurts very much to walk.
