Severe pain on back head
Recently my back head from neck hurts a lot with a vomiting tendency. It happens more particularly when I am too stressed. Gives a feeling of mild numbness to hands. There is a constant pain in my neck. I have ankylosing spondelytis and severe pain on right side of rib cage.

You can take a tab. pantakind-D once a day half an hour before food for 3 days.
Tab. Zerodol-p twice a day after food for the pain management.
