Severe Pain in UT

I am having an inflammatory pain in UT since 5 years and haven't been cured yet completely. Its a pricking kind of continuous pain and is very irritating and unbearable sometimes. Some meds like NEUROBION and cital or norflox,flavospas have given a temporary relief . I also have irritable digestion and have gastric ,acidity and constipation problem very often. i had PCOD but now due to hormonal deficiency i have delayed periods. I have fatigue and weakness all the time. My age is 19 .
