Severe pain in the vulva

My vulva has swollen with a red bump like thing severe pain unable to walk and sit day by day its size is becoming bigger what should i do please help me

Kindly note that vulval swelling reddness tendeness could be due to a number of reasons. Especially if there's any pus discharge it could be a bartholins cyst or any other acute bacterial infection. It could be even a sexually transmitted disease like LGV if you are sexually active. So please consult a gynecologist as soon as possible for further evaluation and treatment as the pain is severe and you will need to be started on oral medications
