In my opinion this is a muscular pain as it has increased after sneezing... in this there is a technique known as dry needling will work the best in conditions like this... a needle will be inserted at the intramuscular level...and there will be a muscle twitch will occur and ur spasm will get released... followed by col fermentation... in this there are instant results...if u dnt want to go for this technique then physio modalities will work u can go for ift/ US and hot pack...get well soon.. take care
Next Steps
U need to find out a physiotherapist who practices this technique
