Severe pain after 5 day of tooth removal
My wife is in pain after the 5th day of tooth removal.Current medicine 1.Ketrol dt required in every 4 hrs 2.Paracetamol +diaclofenic in every 5yes to 6hrs 3. Amoxicalv and metronidazole in every 8hr 4.chlorohexadine gel 4 times 5.Pregablin but she got vertigo 6.Prednisolone start from today Please help us as she is in severe pain.

Follow post extraction strictly for one week, if pain persists beyond that do visit dentist. If  patient feels like discharge or bleeding from extraction site visit dental surgeon immediately.

It may be a dry socket!!! How much time the pressure pack was hold on the extraction site ? Any foul smell from mouth or any discharge from the extraction socket ? Why steroid was prescribed (prednisolone)
