2.Paracetamol +diaclofenic in every 5yes to 6hrs
3. Amoxicalv and metronidazole in every 8hr
4.chlorohexadine gel 4 times
5.Pregablin but she got vertigo
6.Prednisolone start from today

Follow post extraction strictly for one week, if pain persists beyond that do visit dentist. If patient feels like discharge or bleeding from extraction site visit dental surgeon immediately.
