Severe ovary pain
Hi Doctor,I'm having pcos since age 15 ,now I'm married for 8 months,  trying to concieve . Lmp: Dec 18 ,2019 Took letrozole 5 mg tablets for ovulation induction. Monitored follicle study on 30/12/2019 nd doctor said that I'm about to ovulate. 20 mm follicle on right ovary. On 2/1/2020 follicular study doctor said that I've ovulated. Today I had severe lower abdomen pain near right ovary. I got severe cramps it's been 20 hrs since I got cramps. I couldn't consult my doctor. Please tell me what's happening to me. Will I get pregnant?

sometimes ovulation gives pain. and its normal. if its very severe. visit a gynaecologist at once to find out if its over stimulated. this happens rarely
