Severe neck pain but no MRI finds.

Asked for Female, 45 Years

Got rear ended in July 17, got whiplash been to Chiropractor, no help after 5 Month. Neck&Back specialist took neck, back and left shoulder MRI 2 weeks ago Jan 18 but found no issue. Therapy 3x a wk, but in more pain. Stiff neck, ear ache(on/off) headache when I wake up, on/off tingle right arm (torn r. rotator&tendon he claims is not there but Army Doc saw same MRI w. dye and says I need surgery).I can’t move head back or forward for more then 5 min or feel like neck breaks. He thinks I lie.
