Severe menstrual abdominal cramp
I am having continuous severe abdominal cramp since 3 days but not much blood flow. This is the first time I am having such experience, usually pain lasts for 2-3 hours.I am also facing ache in my back and thighs due to this. Can you please suggest any medication ( pain killer) for releif or any way to control this? I am having regular periods
