Severe itching with rashes
Hi doctors My wife is 4 months pregnant. She completed 4 months yesterday. This is her second pregnancy . First was through operation. And after 3 years she again pregnant. But in first pregnancy there wasn't any itching rashes till delivery. But this time, from starting itching is there but for las 3 days , it is more and worse. Full body itching except below stomach rest body Bart's have severe itching including eyes. And have small rashes boils . And in night it is worst . She didn't sleep well for past 2 days. Which medicine can I give her for this , after that I go for test if required. She has been suffered from hive and rashes in past but not in pregnancy. And nothing helped in past.  I have attached an  image. But in pregnancy how to manage . She used strech marks cream now but of no use. Please suggest medicines . How to get rid and suggest test .

You should think of about two things; a) It could be prickly heat. b) It could also be due to a liver problem. Please get her Liver function tests done, and try some home remedies for prickly heat for 2 days. After that you should consult your Gynaecologist or a General Physician for further management.
