Severe itching around vaginal area

Asked for Female, 23 Years

I have been experiencing severe itching and burning around my vagina, to be exact on my labia. I have tried applying a ointment, coconut oil, cold water. But it does not stop and keeps increasing. That area has become blood red due all the itching. Even washing with plain water is creating burning sensation now. I think there are scratches all over the area. And I can see a white layer too around that area. Please suggest me a instant home remedy for relief. It is killing me.
