Since few years I've been having this headache and once doctor said it's migraine. But I didn't want to take migraine tab so in schools whenever I get headache it would be sucha severe one that I used to take injections. Then for years it stopped. Recently since July I've been getting frequent headache and it used to get really bad.

Headaches can be due to many reasons. Common among  them are stress, sinus blockage, eye strain, Migraine etc. Very rarely it could be due to something serious like a tumor or stroke. Hence a complete evaluation by a Neuro Specialist is necessary. In the meanwhile you can take mild anelgesics with Antacid and rest. Consult a Neuro Specialist.
